Summary:

Apolo appeared on Dancing with the Stars, an ABC reality program, from March 19, 2007 to May 22, 2007. ABC announced his appearance on the show on February 20, 2007, sparking a flurry of discussion about how Apolo would fare on a reality show. Turns out, Apolo's athletic build and determination made him perfect for this competition.

Apolo's dance partner was Julianne Hough, an 18-year-old dance champion from Utah, a first-timer to the show as well. Together, they went on to win the competition, wowing the judges and earning the hearts of thousands of adoring fans who voted online and over the phone for the pair.
